failing that we can loan you a replacement until your own equipment is repaired.

Should your system disk be "dead", corrupted or infected we offer the option to swap in a "clean" installation enabling

Microsoft officially ended standard support for Windows 10 on October 14, 2025. Because that deadline
has passed, continuing to run Windows 10 means that the operating system no longer receives regular
stability fixes or critical security patches, leaving it increasingly exposed to new exploits.
Windows 11 has introduced a requirement the computers must support "TPM" (Trusted Platform Module)
and Microsoft prevents Windows 11 being installed on computers which don't have that support - their
solution is for you to but a new computer.
